The existing infrastructure provides a buyer with the ability to continue operating the current business model, redesign the pricing structure, introduce subscriptions, expand the developer marketplace, or develop additional products using the underlying technology.

A buyer is therefore not starting from zero.

The acquisition provides access to years of accumulated engineering work, infrastructure, documentation, scripts, branding, user awareness, and operational experience.

WHY THE PROJECT IS BEING OFFERED

The decision to consider a full acquisition is primarily based on the amount of time and continued development resources required to operate, maintain, and expand the project.

TekkenScript has reached a stage where another developer, team, or organization may be able to scale the platform further.

We are therefore willing to discuss transferring the project to a qualified buyer who has the technical and operational capability to continue its development.

This is not an emergency sale.

We are not required to sell the project and will only consider a transaction if the offer and acquisition terms appropriately reflect the value of the technology and the work invested into the platform.

ACQUISITION STRUCTURE

We are primarily interested in discussing a full project acquisition.

A complete transaction may include:

1. Source Code Transfer
2. Transfer of all agreed proprietary TekkenScript source-code repositories and development assets.
3. Technical Documentation
4. Documentation necessary for the buyer to understand, compile, deploy, maintain, and continue development of the transferred systems.
